How about this Dr Pepper? This is our Dr.Pepper Blaze & Glaze Roll!
Smoked Elk, Dr.Pepper caramelized onions, Calabrian peppers, a little tomato and hatch chilies and cheddar cheese curds. Wrapped in puff pastry, then double glazed with our Dr.Pepper, Caramelized Onion, Bourbon Glaze. SUMMERTIME YUM!

We also have our famous Swamp Rolls this week and Butcher's Fruit Baskets - a savory treat with a hint of fruity sweet made from wild Boar, a bit of apple, pineapple, blueberry & maple, with peppers onions and garlic, them glazed with a blackberry balsamic glaze.
All of our pastries are now ZERO WASTE, as we are seeking creative ways to use every part of every meat, fruit and veg we serve. Follow it's too see where this zero waste journey takes us!
