I’m supposed to be retired from this beekeeping thing yall…

Came out to just check on the 1 hive I kept when I sold everything, to find this.
A small swarm of bees in the tree with what appears to be a virgin queen. 2 more virgin queens and a queen about to emerge from her cell all in the original 10 frame box. 1 hive this morning now turns into 4 potential hives this week. I’ll know officially in a week or so.

Pre winter inspections/ duties done! ✅

Reduced hives from doubles to singles and any singles 5 or less frames of bees into Nuc boxes. Took out blank frames and placed drawn out frames in their place. Fed syrup and patties!

We’ll feed syrup and pollen now til January every 10 days or so!
