Here at Burnsy’s Custom Cutting, we take pride in your harvest.

We’ve been busy from the very start, working hard to provide quality cuts while keeping our turnaround time better than average. We ALWAYS have a 5 day turnaround, and we take a lot of pride in getting your harvest back to you quickly without sacrificing the quality of our work, or the quality of your harvest.

With that kind of turnaround and the amount of business we’ve been blessed with, there are times when we simply reach our capacity. We are especially grateful to those who understand that we can’t always take everyone, and that sometimes saying “not right now” allows us to continue providing the quality of work our current customers deserve.

🐾 Farm-Raised Elk Available January 2027 🐾

We’re excited to announce that farm-raised elk will be available for purchase beginning in January 2027!

Available options:
• Whole elk
• Half elk
• Quarter elk

Elk is a lean, flavorful red meat that’s a great addition to your freezer.

We are thrilled to announce that over the summer, we completed some major renovations and upgrades to our shop!

We are excited to share that we will be processing beef, lamb, and pigs under custom inspection, allowing us to better serve our customers and community.

📅 We are now booking appointments for January and beyond for beef, pigs, and lambs.
