What's on Bobby's Plate?
Spicy shrimp and spinach alfredo served over farfalle pasta. We had a few shrimp left from our vacation last summer to Ocean Springs Mississippi. It's incredible how well these shrimp hold up in the freezer for such a long time and still taste better and fresher than "feesh" or frozen shrimp from the local grocery stores or markets. We buy them straight off the shrimp boats and catch some ourselves from the shore or piers.
