Fired up the Nicole Humphrey for the first time yesterday. Thanks Ben Holder for giving me some pointers on it. I would say first cook down was a success, competition spare ribs for the win! This this is awesome, I was so impressed with how well it maintained temps and then held it after I was done cooking. Already looking forward to the next cook on this machine!
Thanks for the delicious pasta salad Amanda and maybe lay off the paprika next time Ben Holder.

Loving the new rotisserie attachment I got for my Weber Grills! Of course we are using that fantastic B&B Charcoal and the RFX from ThermoWorks! This didn’t didn’t disappoint, my new favorite tri tip seasoning combo Malcom Reed King Craw and Carne Asada from Flavor Knuckles Barbecue.

Had a good day yesterday! .bbq teamed up again for the caveman cookoff at American fork high school! Had a great day cooking and hanging out with the crew!
I was able to pull 1st place in ribs
1st place in chicken
with 3rd in brisket
5th in pork.
Which was enough to win us the overall GC! Not bad for a drinking team that can cook ( if you’re looking to sponsor anyone!).
It’s always a good time hanging out with the crew, but we sure did miss today!

Here goes nothing! It’s been a while but we got .bbq back together for a cook! ribs on the salt city! Now to see if I remember how to do this!

Was able to get my youngest to finally join us out on the ice! And glad we did! He had a blast and most importantly we made some great memories together.
Not only did he catch his first ever though the ice, but beat us all with the longest fish of the day at 21.5” and weighing in at 3.5 lbs. From reeling it in, to getting it back in the hole he was loving it (hopefully he’s hooked!).
As usual, the G.O bugs were the weapon of choice! They truly are awesome products, if you enjoy fishing be sure to check them out! You won’t be disappointed.

It was a great day on the ice today! Was able to sneak up to Scofield with the boy today for a warm up before , and we had a great day!
Huge shout out to , we couldn’t keep them off the jigs! I would highly recommend you check them out if you enjoy fishing!
Can’t wait to get back out again, hope the other kid will join us next time!
