We are operating our legal commissary , (commercial kitchen), in the rear area of G Pa’s Bike Shop….. and of course, yearly inspected by the NYS Health Dept. Let us give you a quote for your next event, small or large, delivery, pick-up or on your site, for any occasion, (graduations, church functions, pig-roasts, weddings, etc. ) As always, we will work up a menu to satisfy your needs. Some of Mark’s qualifications: being a Butcher 50 plus years, a Master Sausage Maker, Grill Master, his teaching skills at the Culinary Institute of America and his learning experiences from the best Pit-Bosses in the SanAntonio, Tx. area. His wife, Toni, holds her own with her delicious sides!!! With all of the food knowledge acquired over the years, it stands to reason that we are very proud to offer an outstanding product, time and time again!!! (You can ask for references).
