The Annual Taste-Testing of our syrup took place on Clear Lake this week. Our seven judges sampled 4 batches. The top batch will be entered into the Michigan Maple Syrup Association annual competition in January. The 3/8 Golden and the 3/29 Dark Amber came out on top.

We have successfully concluded the 2026 Maple Season, achieving a new production record in just four weeks of boiling. Our yield consisted of 126 bottles or 8.38 gallons of syrup. All bottles are now packaged and ready for shipment to local providers. For purchasing inquiries, please reach out to Larry Sokolowski, Dean Trudell, or Scott S. Trudell.
