One more shameless plug to join the CSA this year! Spring shares start in less than 1 month. This week we planted our potatoes, the early reds will be ready in a couple months for potato salad. We sowed our second succession of carrots. We have thousands of black dirt specialty onions and shallots that we will pick fresh all summer long. Swiss chard is growing nicely (hopefully no deer hav Instagram and see this). Arugula, radishes, bok choi and lettuces are all growing nicely and are on course to be ready for week 1! Signups are on our homepages
