INGREDIENTS :
WATERMELON FETA SALAD
🍉.I/4 cup extra virgin olive oil.
🍉.2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
🍉.1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
🍉.3 cup cubed sealless watermelon
🍉 1 cup crumbled feta (about 6oz)
🍉 1 cup finely choped. cucumbers
🍉 1/2 cup choarsley chopped 🍉 fresh mint (also a little more for garnishing)
🍉 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
🍉 Flaky sea salt ( optional)
