The Ulster County Fair begins this week, and there’s still time to enter our Homemade Maple Syrup Contest! 🍁🏆

Corey’s Sugar Shack and Justus Asthalter Maple Syrup, Inc. invite local syrup makers to put their homemade maple syrup to the test during the fair, August 4–9.

Entries require two 8 oz. glass bottles and will be judged on taste, clarity, and brix by Bryan Boyes of Justus Asthalter Maple Syrup.
