Cook • Prep Cook • Kitchen Staff
Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available**
Schedule
* Monday through Sunday
* 25–30+ hours per week
* Additional hours available based on experience, performance, and availability
* Days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special event days may be required
Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards
* Set up and stock workstations with ingredients and supplies
* Assist with food preparation including chopping, slicing, portioning, and assembling dishes
* Maintain food quality, consistency, portion control, and presentation standards
* Ensure all food is prepared safely and efficiently
* Keep kitchen, prep areas, coolers, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized
* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
* Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and general kitchen maintenance as needed
* Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure excellent guest experiences
* Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory
Requirements
* Previous cook or prep cook experience preferred, but not required
* Willing to train the right candidate
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Positive attitude and team-player mindset
* Dependable and punctual
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
