FOLKS! This Friday and Saturday we will be in Granite City trying to hear our names called! From what I understand, they’re gonna have food trucks, vendors, games and activities going on, so get on out there! This is a first year competition, so let’s show them some love and make it successful! For all those Troy area folks, The Gusto will be playing Friday evening! Come out and say hi! We will be cooking in the pork steak competition Friday, and the St. Louis BBQ Society masters comp on Saturday!

Just got home from 17th Street Barbecue Praise the Lard! What an awesome contest! Had a great time chasing apples, and while we didn’t come home with any, we got to hear our name called a few times and came home with a pretty solid consolation prize! A huge thank you to our sponsors, we couldn’t do it without you!
And another huge thanks to Korte Meat Processing for always having the best meat to give us a shot! On to the results!
