The Kitchen Project + Dianne Collins is a dynamic business leader, seasoned chef, community builder whose career has taken her from the kitchens of St. Now to Highland, IL.

Louis to the seas as a Scuba Diving Instructor in Guam, to being the Publisher of Real Producers. The mission of our Kids Camp is to empower children through hands-on cooking, gardening, and teamwork experiences that build confidence, life skills, and a sense of belonging. We create a safe, joyful environment where every child is valued, supported, and encouraged to grow—nurturing healthy habits,

resilience, and hope for a brighter future. Through education, community, and creativity, we help kids develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive beyond the camp and in their everyday lives.

Let's welcome Erin!

I’m Erin, the heart and hands behind Frontier Provisions — a small-batch, from-scratch baking business inspired by the simple goodness of homemade food, old-fashioned traditions, and bringing people together around the table.

What started with a love for sourdough has grown into a collection of handcrafted breads, pastries, cookies, crackers, tortillas, cinnamon rolls, scones, and other wholesome treats. Every loaf is mixed, shaped, baked, and packaged with care, using time-honored techniques and a whole lot of love.

I believe there’s something special about food made by hand. It doesn’t have to be fancy — it just needs to be made with good ingredients, patience, and intention.

Through Frontier Provisions, my hope is to share that feeling of warm kitchens, fresh bread, gathered tables, and simple provisions made with purpose. Thank you for supporting my little dream and allowing me to share a piece of my kitchen with you.
