It is with great sadness we inform you that Revolver will be closing its window for good after today. Unfortunately we have decided to go in different directions and move on from the truck. It’s been a fun ride. 1/2 of us (Mike & Jody) will be at Resolute today serving a pop up brunch from 11-4 or sell out with a limited menu. We want to thank everyone from the breweries, HOA’s and companies who allowed us to have a platform to sell our food and grow awesome relationships with, to our customers, friends and family who constantly supported us, we truly appreciate and love you all. Also big luv to our suppliers, farmers and ranchers for allowing us to showcase your amazing products. If you want some recipes, info on products we sourced, or just need to yell at us cause you can’t have an oso buco grilled cheese again from us, holler at me (Mike Silvestri) and I’ll give ya any info you need (maybe even some of those recipes) Thank you and keep supporting these awesome businesses and the Colorado food truck scene.
This also means we are liquidating everything, and it all must go ASAP! So if you’re interested in buying it all or the truck, trailer, generator, pots & pans or kitchen utensil’s, let us know. We will also be selling the remaining back stock we have of frozen ground beef for $5/lb and beef shank for $8 /pack cryovac’d and all for ya, I can deliver or you can pick it up till the end of the month. If we have dates booked with you and we did have a lot this year, I’ll be reaching out to you personally to help get it covered so we don’t leave you hanging.
