Anything from a simple round cake to tiered and sculpted cakes. ABC Cakes really started before I was born as this is what my mother did on the side when I was going up. I grew up watching her make cakes and eventually

got to the point where I could help. So my basic knowledge came from helping her. I have also taken many classes and research as much as I can about different techniques. ABC stands for All Because of Cathie, because without her I would not have this passion and have this connection to my mother. My mother passed away in 2007 of breast cancer and every time I decorate a cake I feel I am doing it in her honor. Therefore I take extreme pride in my work as I feel it is not only representing me but my mother as well.
