As you may know, we use only fresh, fire-roasted Hatch green chiles in these fun loaves. While they do need to be frozen between seasons, we find the flavor of these New Mexico-sourced chiles far surpasses canned chiles of unknown sources. We are currently in our last week of supply until Dave’s harvest- so be sure to PREORDER now on Hotplate for our midweek bread drop on 8/12/26.
