When you’re a local baker, you visit…other local bakeries in the town you’re visiting! Threefold Bakery in Breckenridge did not disappoint. The lamination (buttery layers) was incredible on everything we tried. Our box included a ham & cheese croissant, two plum danish, a morning bun with heavenly lemon verbena cream and of course, pan au chocolate. We did not grab a loaf of their beautiful sourdough- but this local favorite uses a lot of regional flour in their bakes. We will be back!
