Mica Mami's My name is Abe Diaz. I graduated from the Art Institute of Houston in 2003 with an Associate of Arts Degree in Culinary Arts. Are you vegetarian or vegan?

I am passionate about making food a wonderful experience for all. I can provide anything from high scale quality food to your classic comfort foods. Examples include: authentic Mexican food, homemade flour tortillas and salsas, smoked meats such as briskets, New York strips, Prime Rib, turkeys, chickens, and salmon.
