Franklin Graham says he believes the return of Jesus Christ is drawing near, pointing to rapid advances in artificial intelligence, globalization, and digital technology as developments he believes could help create the kind of worldwide system described in biblical prophecy.

Graham stressed that no one knows the exact timing of Christ’s return, but said Christians should live with expectancy. “Jesus is coming back,” he said, emphasizing that Christ will ultimately reign.

For Graham, that hope should lead to repentance and faithful living. He urged believers to examine their hearts, confess sin, and use the time they have left to point others toward Jesus. “We want to lift Him up,” Graham said. “We want the world to be attracted to Him.”

British Christian woman faces criminal charges for silently praying near an abortion clinic on a public street.

Isabel Vaughan-Spruce, co-director of March for Life UK, pleaded not guilty in Birmingham after returning to pray near the same facility where she was previously charged — this time under new nationwide buffer zone laws introduced in October 2024.

Her attorney says standing in the buffer zone is not a crime, arguing the only thing she's being prosecuted for is "her thoughts and the fact that she lifted up her heart and mind to God in prayer."
