We officially open for the season this Saturday, May 2nd!!!🙂

Does it feel like spring right now? No. 🥶

Does it look spring? Not really. 🪾

Is it snowing? At the moment, yes. 🌨️

But do we still have some beautiful, high quality trees and shrubs? YES!

We have added quite a few new varieties to our widening selection of ornamental, shade and fruiting trees and shrubs; all of them ready to add beauty and value to your property.

We have also restocked our shelves with our pure, raw northern Michigan honey, as well as our honey jams! 🍯🫙

We are open 9am-2pm on Saturday. Come on over and see us!

Check it out!
When we talk about bareroot trees, here's what we mean 👇

No soil, pot or leaves yet- just the tree in its bare, dormant stage. Because of their minimal state, we can sell these trees at a substantially lower cost to you. Plus, we can often get them in larger, more mature stages of growth.

For size reference, Luke here is 6' tall and holding a Crimson King Maple and a Contender Peach.

Many of our trees this year are available as bareroot, but only for a short time. If you want to save money on a quality tree, contact us ASAP.

If you want a tree full of leaves and looking pretty, wait until we fully open on May 2nd. You choose, but either way, we are very pleased with the quality and size of the trees that we can offer you this season.

Come see for yourself! 🌳🙂

Ready or not- here they come!
Despite the foot of snow still in our yard, we have our first delivery of trees arriving next Wednesday! We had hoped for more spring weather before deliveries began, but alas...🥶

Thankfully the trees that will arrive are bareroot🪾, meaning no soil or pot, and more importantly, no tender leaves yet that would protest the cold.

Bareroot trees also provide a niche option for those wanting to add to their yard while saving money. These trees can be sold much cheaper since they do not include the cost of soil or pot, and we have not yet spent time caring for them. This is also why they are the preferred method for larger bulk orders.

All of our trees arriving next Wednesday can be sold as bareroot as soon as they arrive, and up to a couple weeks afterwards, weather depending. However, once the trees are established in pots, they will no longer be considered bareroot and will become more expensive. If you want a cheaper, simpler option, buy bareroot 🪾right away. If you want something already green and growing 🌳, wait until we fully open on May 2nd. 🙂

If bareroot sounds like a good fit for you, then come check out our selection starting next week. We will happily show you how to care for your tree while we wait for spring to arrive. 🌱

You can view our entire selection of trees, shrubs and other products on our newly updated website. Check out the link below 👇
