Happy Labor Day!!!

2 puppies went to their new farms today and it’s been a very busy but fun adventure day.

Milwaukee and London are still looking for their forever farms. They were so sweet for a quick photo op this morning before we left.

Milwaukee— sweet, energy, playful. She loves her big livestock. She might have too much energy for free range birds. If the birds are contained and separate, she’d likely do well.

London— sweet, loving, calm. She cannot but with free range poultry nor caged birds honestly. But her benefit is she is very alert to sky predators overhead. She loves her goats and always is with them. She hasn’t been around goat kidding, but has been around goat kids and is very respectful of them. She lays in the middle of them and is very relaxed.

3 more puppies heading to their new homes this weekend!! These three were so lovely this morning - we had them out in this nice weather break to give them some love and do some final observations before they are ready to go.

Nash, Kaia and Durango!! I’ll miss them, but I’m so glad for them to go to their new homes. 💕

We have two girls still available - London and Milwaukee. It’s been so busy with the start of school that we havnt been posting. The two of them would make really nice larger livestock dogs - goats, sheep, cows, alpaca, etc. London is already barking at sky predators, so If you need the most loving, sweet dog to keep vultures away… she might be your girl.

Did you know that we do custom bouquet orders?! These are my absolute favorite! This GORGEOUS bouquet gets to brighten someone’s day tomorrow!!! 😍😍😍

We will have a limited amount of bouquets for the First Thursday event in Greenfield, Thursday September 3rd. I highly encourage stopping by early, these stunners don’t last long (on our table! They WILL last long in your home 😉).

Packaging up dehydrated sourdough starter for our FIRST THURSDAY EVENT in Greenfield September 3rd! We are going to have a bunch of farm goodies like loaves, starter, bouquets, yarn, dried herb bundles, a giveaway AND MORE! Come ready to hangout with us.

All but 3 puppies have found their new homes!! 💕. We are so excited for them all to head to their families. They’ve received their first round of shots and they are doing so well!!

Our remaining puppies are London, Milwaukee, and Durango!

London is absolutely the best! She deeply trusts us and is one of the first to come when we call for the puppies. She doesn’t usually wait by the fence, but when she knows we are there, she comes running.

Milwaukee is such a patient girl! With us, she will sit and wait for attention, unless it takes too long 😂. We have loved seeing her at some of her puppy visits- there have been some families that she really seemed attached to, and others definitely not. She’s still available though and when her right people show up, I think everyone will know it.

Durango is still available!! It’s so funny because he’s been the top choice for almost all of the visits, but he hasn’t been selected. Durango is really like that kid at school who gets good grades, does his independent work quietly, follows directions, plays well with friends, never misses school, but also just doesn’t stand out all that much! We see so much wonderful behavior from him- but he’s just so laid back that he isn’t anyone’s first pick once all the other personalities are on full display. He did a 4 hour drive this Friday to a farm visit with a family and he did great in the car. Calm and quiet.

If you’re interested in a puppy for your farm, we can be open to farm visits this week. You need to come to our farm to meet the puppies - if you want to remove a puppy from future visits, it’s the full cost - 400 - and puppies will be available the first week of September to go to their new homes. Let us know who you are interested in and what jobs they will have on your farm. 🙂
