You may have noticed the CHO play area has been looking a little empty making room for a new corn hole toss set as the previous one was well loved by our little visitors.

We’re so loved by ocean yap-powell and her dad for making these custom boards for us since day one at our tent tastings.

We can’t wait to decorate them them and have them ready for our Harvest Kickoff Club Party 🤍

We initially picked the grapes early for our Sauvignon Blanc Pétillant-Naturel. Then saved some juice to blend with our later pick of Sauvignon Blanc. The result is an incredibly balanced and juicy juice. Currently pouring at CHO Wines and available online.

We had the joy of hosting our club members Marshall + Suzanne at Han Oak as part of the Willamette Valley Wineries annual auction, celebrating their winning lot: 24 bottles of a limited bottling of our 2024 Onggi Noir Pinot Noir.

We paired CHO Wines with Han Oak’s Jibbap menu, popped open a magnum of 2018 CHO Brut, filled our bellies, and ran into some special faces along the way 🤍 Mei Lin 林美华 Andrew Skala Peter Cho

We’re so grateful for the work the Willamette Valley Wineries Association does to champion this place and the people who make wine here. And equally grateful for restaurants like Han Oak that keep the love for Willamette Valley wine alive- not just by pouring local, but by putting wines from so many of our neighbors on the table.

Wine is always better together ❤️

Kick it off with us Labor Day Weekend, September 5-7. From Saturday to Monday, we have BOTH Annam VL and SUN RICE popping up on the CHO Wines patio and the menu is 🔥 🔥 🔥

Vietnamese, Filipinos and Koreans throwing a party with wine in rural Oregon? Sounds like a kickass event to me!
