De Soto farmers market come and see us

This is one of our compost piles - the one that we are actively using this season, it keeps getting larger and larger because of the bedding that we take out of the chicken Brooder after we move them out on pasture, and then it has also all of the vegetable scraps that we take out of the high tunnels or that we have not used in time and they are spoiled. We have two other compost piles, basically three years worth of compost piles. We will use your number three compost pile on things this next season and so on and so forth so that we are rotating the compost piles.

Something quite satisfying about having naked tacos for lunch with your own salsa that you made in March 2026 from all of the tomatoes and jalapeños and onions you had put up from your garden

I wasn’t about to leave this huge tomato on the vines with the possibility of it splitting or getting bug damage so I picked it and it will ripen inside, but I wanted to give it some reference so I put a medium sized tomato by it
