In case you missed my little Redhead update last night….The sourdough isn’t going anywhere. I'm just letting it stop running the whole dang show. 🤣

I’ll still be baking, pre-orders are staying, and there will absolutely still be bread at the stand. I’m simply stepping back from the constant bulk baking so I have more room for new flavors, new techniques, cookies, treats, canned goodies, snack mixes… and all the other things y’all keep me busy making 😜

Less bread takeover. More creativity. More variety. Same Redhead ❤️

Unwind with me for a minute… beer, an almost-full moon, dogs to feed… and a quick Redhead update.

Y’all know I LOVE making sourdough, and I absolutely love that I’ve become known for it. BUT baking 10+ loaves at a time, multiple days a week has officially started taking over and this Redhead is TIRED 🤣

And listen, I know in the grand scheme of cottage and micro bakeries, 10 loaves a day isn’t exactly breaking any production records 😂 But with the space and setup I’m working with? IT’S A LOT. Especially because, contrary to what my kitchen currently believes, bread is not the only thing I do and y’all keep demanding your snack mixes, canned goodies, jellie, treats and everything else… so apparently I have to make time for those too 😜

So, bread is NOT going anywhere. Pre-orders are staying, I’ll still be baking, and honestly… I think it’s only going to get better. ❤️

I’m just stepping away from constantly bulk-baking extras so I have room to experiment with new breads, play with new techniques, and bring back some of the cookies, treats, and other goodies that have gotten pushed aside.

So keep watching the website, get those pre-orders in when you want a specific loaf, and always keep an eye on Stories for what’s available and daily updates.

🍂🍞 NEW SOURDOUGH FLAVOR ALERT: CINNAMON RAISIN!

Okay, y’all…we need to clear up a little cinnamon-raisin confusion 🤦‍♀️ Because technically, what I’ve been calling Cinnamon Raisin has actually been my Cinnamon-Sugar Swirl with Raisins, and now we have a true Cinnamon Raisin joining the lineup!

🤎 NEW Cinnamon Raisin: a classic style loaf with plump raisins folded right into the sourdough along with warm cinnamon. No sugary swirl, just a lightly sweet, cozy cinnamon-raisin bread that’s PERFECT toasted with butter.
🤎 Cinnamon-Sugar Swirl w/ Raisins: the customer favorite you already know and love! This one has that gooey ribbon of brown sugar and cinnamon swirled through the loaf with raisins tucked inside. Sweeter, richer, and definitely more of a treat.

So basically…
Cinnamon Raisin = classic & cozy.
Cinnamon-Sugar Swirl w/ Raisins = sweet & indulgent.
