Now that the coop and run has been made predator proof (fingers crossed), we're back in the egg business. Unlike skyrocketing lumber prices, our prices stayed the same. $2 a dozen, and currently 4 dozen ready to roll

2 dozen eggs available. First come first served. $2 per dozen. Due to losing 8 chickens in 2 weeks because of hungry raccoons, eggs will be very few and far between until September, so get em while you can! In a totally unrelated note, there is 1 less raccoon roaming Plentywood tonight.

Well killed 1 raccoon last night but must have missed his buddies. Down to 5 chickens, and only 1 is a layer 🙄

Well finally got the big, dead, tree of heaven cut out of the food plot today.

On the plus side, this is the first time I've ever used wedges correctly to drop a tree.

On the down side, wayyyyy up in the tippy top, there was a honey bee hive. If you know me, you know I love honey bees, to the point in turning my one field into a wildflower plot. Total bummer.

Ateast they aren't murder hornets. If they are murder hornets, they sure suck at their job because I'm still kickin!!!

Why not hang treestands when its 100 degrees out. On the plus side, the food plot is sprouting in the damp and shady areas. On the minus side, in the dry areas where the seeds haven't sprouted, I'm finding a lot of turkey feathers 🤬

Well the plan was to spray the ridge today so next week I could start the food plots. Made a not smart decision and rolled the quad as soon as I started spraying. Quad flipped 4 times, luckily I bailed off. Quad is fine but sprayer needs some love
