We are so blessed to have such loyal customers and so much interest in our beef. One downside is that we don’t often get any ourselves. So it’s always a great day when we get to fill our own freezers with this amazing meat!

We’re going to have a few more steers coming up in the next couple of months, so give us a shout to get on the wait list!

Great news for us beef producers.

Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins has announced a plan to build a facility near Edinburg, Texas. It will be capable of producing 300 million sterile flies per week to combat New World screwworm and is estimated to be in production in one year.

So, how are YOU kicking off the weekend? If you’re looking for ideas, mesquite fired Wagyu picanha is a great option!

Most popular in Brazil, the picanha is also called a “coullote steak”. It comes from the area above the sirloin and is known for its tenderness and intense flavor.
