McMenamins Cornelius Pass Roadhouse You may also enjoy the cozy bar known as the Little White Shed, along with plenty of outdoor summer seating.

Rooted in the former pioneer farming mecca, now the high tech haven of Hillsboro, this former six-acre farmstead is today a colorful oasis with buildings and barns that date to the mid-1850s. Here you'll also find one of McMenamins' top-producing breweries, multiple event spaces, a distillery, and the modern-day Imbrie Hall Pub (built from the timbers of Portland's historic Henry Weinhard’s brewery).

Halfway to St. Patrick’s Day calls for a pretty special pour. ☘️🥃

Our 2026 Devils Bit Rye Wh***ey is being released Saturday, September 12th! Just in time for our Halfway to St. Patrick’s Day celebrations!

This 14-year-old, single-barrel rye was distilled right here at Cornelius Pass Roadhouse on our century-old Alambic pot still and aged in a charred American oak barrel.

The name comes from Devil’s Bit, a mountain in North Tipperary, Ireland, where Irish legend says the devil took a bite out of the mountain and spit it back out. Naturally, we made a limited wh***ey in its honor.

Big news for the Deadheads out there! 🌹

Our Days Between celebration starts THIS SATURDAY and rolls through August 9th! Days Between isn't just about Jerry Garcia's birthday – though we do love celebrating birthdays! Instead, it's a 9-day tribute to his entire life. It starts on his birthday, ends on the anniversary of his death, and covers alllllll the days in between the two. Thus, "Days Between." Also, it's a Grateful Dead song. Of course it is 😉
