Co-founders Francine and Nico thoughtfully source their pistachios directly from the farmer, then turn them into Pistakio’s signature spreads—including their crunchy variety made with crushed pistachios and quinoa puffs.

🐟 Grilled Halibut with Hatch Chile & Peach Salsa

Sweet peaches, smoky Hatch chiles and flaky grilled halibut come together in this fresh summer grilling recipe. Save it for your next backyard dinner!

To make the peach salsa:
Chop green onion, bell pepper, ripe peaches and fresh chives. Add everything to a mixing bowl with lime juice, olive oil, Hot Sauce, salt and pepper.

For the halibut:
Season with lime, garlic, olive oil and paprika.
Grill the Hatch chiles until charred, then peel and dice. Grill the halibut for 4–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until tender and lightly charred.

Serve the halibut warm over a bed of arugula, then top with the fresh peach salsa and smoky Hatch chiles.
