We want to thank everyone who called, texted, bid, and came out for our Online Auction. We truly appreciate everyone who made this auction a success.
Also, thanks to the great folks at Steffes Group, Inc. , for partnering with us again to put on a great auction.
Brad with Steffe's told us that it was easy for him to tell people who contacted him interested in our sale, "The Bertsch Family has a strong reputation for attention to detail and caring for their equipment."
This statement humbles us, as we recognize this doesn't happen overnight. This takes time and commitment from a team that shows up day in and day out, the team that is currently apart of Bertsch Farms, and also the previous folks that have been a part of Bertsch Farms & Bertsch Trucking over the years prior.
So to our present and past folks and their families who have been a part of our operations over the years, a HUGE Thank You!!! Please know we are grateful for the time each of you has given, as we realize that is the most precious commodity any of us truly has is our time.
Then there are two gentlemen who we truly believe are still a part of our operation to this day, just in a "unique way," as we say. That would be Otto and Leon Bertsch, whom we are sure many of you knew in one way or another over the years. They both took over the role of watching over us from above in 2012.
Which couldn't have been more evident we feel than this last week. With the timely rain we got this last Monday to help with this year's crop, we are working to get planted successfully, and then we had another rain on the day of the auction. We just can not help but think that they were also a part of the success of this auction as well, again, just in their "unique way"
So again, from us here at Bertsch Farms, Thank You, everyone, and we wish you all the best this growing season!
