Snapdragon Brewing Co Snapdragon Brewing is a start-up nano-brewery located in historic Hillsboro, Virginia. We offer a unique taste of tradition and the wild.

Our pilot brewery is nestled in a historic 1856 springhouse on a vibrant flower farm. Modern takes on classic styles, genre bending brews and embracing old-world brewing techniques help us create truly distincive and locally inspired beer. Follow us as we restore our beautiful stone structures to create a unique and peaceful setting. In the meantime, savor our innovative flavors at all Town of Hillsboro events and follow us for special on-site tastings and releases.

Catch Snapdragon at Hillsboro’s Music in the Gap this week with the incredible sounds of the Rick Reeves Jazz Band. 🎶✨

There’s nothing quite like smooth live jazz paired with a crisp, ice-cold Snapdragon craft brew. We’ll be pouring your favorite local brews all evening long, so come by, grab a pint, lay out your lawn chairs, and enjoy a fantastic summer night with the community.

We’re heading to the Hillsboro Independence Day event this Sunday, and we are bringing the ultimate lineup to keep you refreshed all day long! 🍻✨

We will have 8 of our fresh Snapdragon brews flowing on tap, featuring something for everyone:
🍺 Two Crisp, classic lagers (Primrose and Dahlia)
💥 Three classic IPA (Sunflower, Coneflower and Cosmos)
🍓 Our fan favorite fruited sour (Zinnia Snap)

Primrose Czech Pilsner – Crisp, clean, and endlessly refreshing.

Dahlia Czech Dark Lager – Smooth and malty with a beautiful finish.
