At Taste of Pearl Catering, Chef Kal is always on the hunt for the freshest produce available. Fresh, high-quality ingredients are the foundation of authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. Every vegetable, herb, and ingredient is personally selected and hand-picked by Chef Kal to ensure the highest quality in every dish we prepare.
To deliver truly authentic Sri Lankan flavors, all of our spices are sourced directly from Sri Lanka and imported to maintain the traditional taste and aroma that make Sri Lankan cuisine so unique.

Whether we're catering for 1 person or 500 guests, we believe every meal deserves the same level of care, attention, and quality. During the summer months, local farmers and farmers markets are our favorite places to find the freshest seasonal produce. Today, Chef Kal was out in action at the Orenco Station Farmers Market in Hillsboro, Oregon, selecting fresh ingredients for our upcoming events and Wednesday Dinner Boxes.
