When Jared got ahold of us this spring and asked if we had any ChiAngus that we would be interested in putting in a sale, some hard conversations were had. We knew we had a couple really good calves,, but we needed to figure out what we wanted to let go. Ultimately, the final decision landed with Emma since all those babies are hers. She said “Let him have what he wants. I trust him.” In this industry, I don’t think there are more powerful words that you can speak about someone.
Jared came and picked out the one he wanted for his sale, and,
when we started to get updates, we knew Emma had made the right choice. (To be fair Jared has spoiled us with updates on how the heifer is doing!)
