Wow, what a week so far!! Great times are being had up at Hillsboro High School watching our kids compete while enjoying the best burgers in the County!

We’re excited to share that Matt from Palazzolo's Prime Provisions will be supplying AND making all of our hamburgers from scratch this year!

We love Matt’s enthusiasm for helping us bring some seriously good food to the concession stand and giving our fans quality meats that go literally from FARM ➡️ STAND! 🐄🍔🧡

And because apparently burgers weren’t enough to get us excited… we’ve even been talking about bringing back the RIBEYE SANDWICH for a Friday night sometime this season. 👀🥩

Yep. You read that right.

We are so thrilled to announce our steak burgers will now be served at the concession stand at HHS, starting tonight!

Matt starts with whole cuts of beef, we grind the meat ourselves, and then form every single patty by hand. No shortcuts here, just quality beef, carefully prepared and ready for the grill!
We’re proud to put in the extra work to provide a fresh, quality burger for our local athletes, families, students and fans. ❤️💙
