Oven baked Ta3miya ( ) and Sudanese 3adas (lentils). Yummy, very tasty and crunchy if eaten straightaway. The trick is to have coarse chickpeas and add a table spoon off oli and an egg in the mix. I used tahina to coat the oven tray. Heavenly when dipped in Agashe Roasted Peanuts Hot Sauce🥰 As for the 3adas: 2 cups Lentils, 1/2 a cup each (onion, carrot, zucchini, Potatoe), a tbsp crushed Garlic, a cup of milk.
saute:
Diced onions, then add diced carrots, zucchini and potatoes. (In EVOO and Butter)
Add:
Boiled water and the lentils & simmer while keeping an eye on it as it can burn very fast.
Blend and add the cup of milk & heat.
Last but not least add sauted garlic (gad7a) on top. Bon appetite!
