Have you tried our Barrel Rested Tropical Gin?⁠

This exciting cross between a gin and whisky was made by distilling our malt spirit base with Juniper, Mango, Pineapple, Lemon, Orange, Coriander, Angelica and Orris. We then placed it in used American Single Malt Whisky barrels for a little more than a year.⁠
⁠
The result is a gin that has taken a few steps towards whisky. Alone, the malt spirit base would have become whisky. With the gin botanicals, it becomes a complex and aromatic gin/whisky hybrid. Available in cocktails and 200ml bottles.⁠

The Last Word is a riff on the classic using Barrel Rested Tropical Gin, Limoncello, Lime, Mint, Orange Bitters, Star Anise, Gentian, Fennel, and Cherry.⁠
