Our Rhubarb Spritz features our Single Malt Spirit with our house-made Aperitivo, rhubarb, lemon, and club.⁠

The Rhubarb Paper Plane features Our Triple Pot Distilled Whisky with house-made Amaro, house-made Aperitivo, rhubarb, lemon, and orange.⁠

The Rhubarb-arita is made with our Single Malt Spirit, rhubarb, lime, and house-made Triple Sec with a hibiscus salt rim.⁠
⁠
On the banana side of the menu, the Banana Daiquiri features our Coconut-Fat Washed Single Malt Spirit with banana, lime, vanilla, and house-made orange bitters.⁠

The Banana Brulee features our Triple Pot Distilled Whisky with banana, aquafaba, house-made orange bitters, and house bitters.⁠
