Check in at the barn (self service). Wander the farm and pick flowers. Bring a picnic and enjoy a beautiful day on the farm.

We’re just 28 DAYS AWAY from the first Saturday of Firefly Farm’s annual Witch’s Haunted Barn! 🧙‍♀️🕸️

Witch Hazel has been waiting all year for spooky season, and she’s getting ready to welcome you back to the barn beginning Saturday, October 3rd! Are YOU ready? 👀

Join us throughout October for a whimsical Halloween adventure filled with thrills, frights, creepy creatures, unsettled souls, skellies, spiders, and plenty of surprises around every corner. And don’t worry—it’s family fun for kids of all ages! 🎃

👻 SATURDAYS WITH ACTORS
October 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31 | Noon–7 PM
Our spooky characters come to life inside the Haunted Barn!

🎃 NO-ACTOR FRIDAYS
October 9, 16, 23 & 30 | Noon–5 PM
Enjoy the same great Haunted Barn experience without live actors for an even less-scary visit!

Something spooky is starting to bloom at Firefly Farm… 👻🌻🎃

The flowers are still putting on a beautiful show, but if you look around, you might notice a few signs that spooky season is coming. We’ve officially started getting the farm ready for October’s Haunted Barn! 🕸️🦇

Every Friday & Saturday in October, the barn will come alive… and we can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on. 👀🎃

Until then, come enjoy the flowers, muscadines, fresh air, animals, and a little bit of magic around the farm. ✨

Join us on Saturday, September 12th from 10 AM–12:30 PM for Dig It! A Fall Writing Workshop, a peaceful morning of personal and reflective writing surrounded by the beauty of Firefly Farm. 🌿

Led by author, editor, and book coach **Patricia Sullivan**, this nature-inspired workshop will invite you to slow down, reflect, and explore your own story through guided writing prompts and contemplative time in nature.

Whether you’re an experienced writer or simply looking for a creative way to reconnect with yourself, all writing skill levels are welcome!
