We're hiring a Farm Worker & Educator at Jubilee Healing Farm in Hillsborough, NC.
This is a hands-in-the-soil, heart-in-the-work kind of role — supporting farm operations, growing food for our community partners, and helping create a safe, welcoming space for clients and volunteers.

We're looking for someone with farming or gardening experience who brings patience, collaboration, and a genuine interest in the intersection of land and healing. Experience with therapeutic horticulture or nature-based care is a bonus.

Goumi berry trees are amazing. They are dynamic accumulators meaning that they bring nitrogen into the soil and make it healthier. They produce more berries than we can eat, offering food to our animal friends as well as we humans, and they’re so lovely and evergreen. The ultimate permaculture tree as far as I’m concerned. This one is huge - we have about 11 at Jubilee as well that will hopefully do just as well.

We’re gathering again, and we’d love for you to be part of it.

Our amazing POEM 2026 cohort has completed star one of our program, led by Bryon of 🍃☀️

This group has put their whole hearts into the deep learning needed to excel as a peer support specialist. ♥️ 🌍

In April we will come back together for holistic peer support training focused on mental health support via Ecotherapy, music therapy, expressive arts, ancestral connection and movement. The goats got out today at Jubilee (and yesterday, to be honest). We tempted them back to their pasture with some grain and finally found the hole in the fence. Check out how fast they rush over when they hear food shaking in a pail!
