Named after one of our own team members who makes this sandwich for lunch almost every day, it's so good that we had to share it with you!

Loaded with flavor and built the way only a true kitchen pro would make it, this sandwich has cheddar, swiss, cucumber, red peppers, onion, lettuce, tomato, and Pepper House Gourmaise spread.
