Mrs. Ruth's Jams 4x Good Food Award Winning NC Farm to Jar Jams Mrs. Ruth's Jams began as a way to provide my husband with a supply of strawberry jam. Ruth's Jams are love in jar.

My friends began returning jars for refills and asking me to buy jam. The defining moment for turning a hobby into a business was when I was caught smuggling my jam into one of my future customers' shops to enjoy on their artisanal breads. They asked me to start selling in their shop. Ruth's Jams use the abundance of North Carolina's fruits and vegetables to create products that capture their flav

or and freshness and the inherent joy of Southern cooking in a form that will bring happiness to the consumer. Ruth's Jams are hand-crafted, small batch jams, chutneys and preserves with simple, clean, fresh ingredients - fruit, sugar, and natural pectin! Because Mrs. Ruth's Jams are seasonal and utilize local produce, the recipes vary with the availability of ingredients. Local produce enables preservation at the peak of freshness resulting in a superior product.
