🐴 Looking for an Employee! 🐴

We’re looking to add someone to our team at our farm in Hillsborough, conveniently located near Skillman, Montgomery, Ringoes, and East Amwell.

This could be a great opportunity for a horse-crazy college student looking to earn some extra money while spending time around horses!

We’re looking to fill several morning and afternoon shifts:

🌅 Morning: approximately 6–8 AM
🌇 Afternoon: approximately 5–7 PM
Times can vary, and shifts are typically no more than 2–3 hours.

With 13 stalled horses, a typical shift may include:
• Feeding horses
• Turning horses in/out
• Blanket changes
• Checking and maintaining water troughs
• Resetting grain for the next feeding
• General barn/farm tasks as needed

Our horses are all wonderful to handle, but prior horse experience is required.

We’re looking for someone who is:
🐎 Experienced and comfortable around horses
🚗 Dependable and has reliable transportation
💪 A self-starter who can work independently
🧠 A thoughtful, mindful problem solver
❤️ Someone who genuinely enjoys working with horses

Not every horseman is called to the same role.

Some are competitors who thrive under pressure and love the thrill of the arena. Some are incredible horsemen who may never win big, but their feel, timing, and understanding of a horse are second to none. Some are gifted coaches and mentors, pouring into the next generation and helping others achieve their dreams.

Some are trainers who would rather stay at home, starting colts, solving problems, and building great horses than chasing rodeo miles. And some are blessed to do a little bit of all of the above.

I’ve seen champions who have won a lot but aren’t great horsemen. I’ve seen outstanding horsemen who rarely compete or never seem to win. I’ve seen people who excel at both.

I’ve also seen trainers who have no desire to compete they simply love developing horses and helping others succeed. And I’ve seen successful competitors who are so busy competing that they don’t have the time to coach.

None of these paths is more valuable than another.

The horse industry needs competitors, horsemen, trainers, coaches, and mentors. Each one plays a different role, and together they make our industry stronger.

So don’t compare your journey to someone else’s. Keep working hard, stay true to the role God has called you to, and do what brings you joy.

Success isn’t determined by the arena you’re standing in. It’s determined by the impact you leave behind and by the horses and people who are better because you crossed their path.

ISO Aftenoon/evening shift employee!

We are looking to hire someone for several afternoon/evening shifts for a farm in Hillsborough, close to Skillman, Montgomery, Ringoes, & East Amwell. The typical shift includes but not limited to feeding horses, turning in/out, blanket changes, water trough maintenance, mild pasture maintenance, resetting grain for the next feeding etc. Typically no more then 2 to 3 hours per shift.
Total of 13 stalled horses. All horses are wonderful to handle.

Applicant must have prior horse experience, reliable transportation, be a self starter, and a mindful problem solver.

We are looking to hire someone for morning shifts Monday - Friday. We are located in Hillsborough, close to Skillman, Montgomery, Ringoes, & East Amwell. The typical shift includes, but not limited to, feeding horses, turning in/out, blanket changes, water trough maintenance, mild pasture maintenance, resetting grain from the next feeding etc. Max 14 horses.

Applicant must have prior horse experience, be reliable, have reliable transportation, be a self starter, and a mindful problem solver. This shift is approximately a 2 hour shift and can be completed before another job or school!

This is a paid position!

First show of the 2026 season ✔️

There’s nothing better than seeing the offseason work come to life in the show pen—and this weekend did not disappoint.

Therese and Ruthie made their debut in the Level 1 Walk/Jog/Lope division and rose to the occasion in a big way. Consistent Top 5 finishes in Pleasure and solid, confident Horsemanship patterns made for an impressive first time out. This team continues to grow, and I couldn’t be more proud of their effort and progress.

Hank stepped into the 2-Year-Old Geldings in both Youth and Open—and owned it. Circuit Champion in both divisions, but even more impressive was his attitude, maturity, and willingness all weekend. From the ring to the everyday moments, the growth from last season is undeniable.

Grateful for the horses, the people, and the process. If this is how we’re starting 2026, it’s going to be one incredible season. ✨

As always, thank you to our team at home who step in to keep everything running while we’re on the road.
