As Ganesh Chaturthi comes to a close this Friday, we wanted to share one more recipe from our festive kitchen.

A little way to thank Lord Ganesha and make the last moments of the season extra special, from our family to yours.

For these savory modaks:
• Make a soft dough with rice flour and ghee.
• Add a little Satya Cilantro Chutney as you roll out the dough for a fresh, herby touch.
• For the filling, mix boiled potato, paneer, 2 tsp Satya Everything Indian, and lightly toasted peanuts.
• Place the filling in the centre of the dough, fold and shape it into a modak.
• Steam the modaks until cooked through and soft.

Episode 9 is rolling in with a cheesy twist!

Our Kale, Mushroom & Ricotta Lasagna Roll-Ups bring together hearty veggies, creamy ricotta, and the bold taste of Satya Blends Pizza Masti for a dinner everyone will want seconds of.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté the garlic and onion for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the kale and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until the vegetables are wilted. Remove from the heat and mix the vegetables with the mozzarella, ricotta, and Pizza Masti. Lay the cooked lasagna noodles flat and spread about 2 Tbsp of the filling over each noodle. Roll them into cylinders and place them seam-side down in a baking dish. Top with marinara sauce and additional cheese, then bake for 15 minutes until warm and bubbly.
