Big news from the farm!!! Poppy Hill is going to end the season earlier than usual! With plans to expand and grow, we are offering our $25 standard bouquet arrangement, delivery fee and custom note included, until we announce the end to our season! Monday thru saturdays, excluding Thursday’s where you can find us at the . Additionally, the birthplace of Poppy Hill Farm will be listed for sale soon! Located in town of Hillsville city limits on 4.37 acres! Stay tuned for updates!
