In 2009, Martin Narvaez joined our Dalhart facility as a summer intern. Today, he leads it as Site Engineering Manager.

Along the way, he worked in maintenance, production and project engineering and helped bring our whey protein isolate capabilities from pilot trials to full production. Off the clock, he coaches his sons in youth baseball and wrestling.

The International Whey Conference has officially wrapped up! Iswandi Jarto, Hilmar's Research Engineering Manager, joined the R&D Leaders Panel today to explore the future of research across products, nutrition and evolving market needs.

Breaking ground on something special! Hilmar joined the Dalhart Area Chamber of Commerce and city officials to celebrate the start of the new Hilmar Dog Park at Rita Blanca Park.
We believe in supporting the communities we call home, and that includes creating spaces where families, friends, and their four-legged companions can enjoy time together. We're proud to partner on projects that help make Dalhart an even better place to live, work, and play.

When life gives you a broken dunk tank... you throw pie instead!

Our Dodge City team's Summer Dunk and Snacks event took an unexpected (and hilarious) turn when the dunk tank decided to call it quits mid-event—so naturally, pies stepped in to save the day! What started as a summer cookout and employee appreciation event turned into an all-out pie-in-the-face celebration, proving once again that our team knows how to roll with it and have a good time no matter what.
