Congrats to the Hilmar “Production Kings!"

Congratulations to The Hilmar “Production Kings!" This team of 6 Texas employees, and few of their friends, created an amazing burger awarded runner-up in the Friona Cheeseburger competition! Their burger, the “Texas Giant," was filled with “top to bottom greatness.”

A seasoned buttered bun with a Romano Cheese crust, with “Texas Candy," slow smoked pulled pork with the Production King’s signature BBQ sauce, a thick slice of Hilmar’s Habanero Jack melted on a charbroiled seasoned patty, along with a thick slice of Hickory True Smoke Gouda melted into the caramelized onions.

Just reading this made us hungry… What’s your go to cheese when making the perfect burger? 😋🍔
