If we could grow coffee we would. Roasting is the most local you can get with high quality coffee. Our friends over at Hill and Hollow are going to show us how local we can roast by bringing a roaster to delisheeyo and setting up on our patio, tomorrow!!!

Sunday the 19th during our regular hours of 10 to 2, we will be roasting and brewing some fresh cups 🙂 all is welcome!

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. The support you’ve all shown us since the fire has been overwhelming in the best way possible. Thank you for every kind word, every shared post, every dollar, every hug. We’ve got a long road of rebuilding ahead, and we’re so touched that Lincoln & South wanted to step up and help. So we’re turning it into a party! Live music, great brews and good company. We’ll have donation QR codes out, but honestly the biggest gift is seeing y'all's faces and sharing a drink together. Join us February 12th at Lincoln & South Brewing Company! Can’t wait to see our community—and maybe dance a little. ❤️🍻🎶

Oh yeah an we have a collab project we've been working on! More on that later.

Yesterday was a tough day. Our little shop was critically damaged and while our boss, Blake, was cleaning up and fixing the problems here at dyo, his home caught fire. Thankfully, Maddie and Millie were with Blake at dyo. A passerby rescued the dogs and all life is safe! Their house is a total loss. Most of their things are gone.

I'm writing this as a employee of Blake's for 7 years. He has always been there for me and helped me in any way. I love delisheeyo and it's because the Wearrens always help. This is a time for us to help them! Lets return the love.
