Smoke House Chili Smoke House Chili was founded in 2004 by Scott Bishop, Buck Bishop, and Robert Orr. If we get lucky enough to win or even get called to the stage..

Our team started as a way for a dad to spend a day with his son and his buddy, having good clean fun. all the better. After modifying our recipe over the years competition cooking we have won a few and gotten lucky enough to get called up on stage. Now after 8 yrs of cooking competitively we STILL enjoy taking time to spend the day with one another while attempting to have folks enjoy our food! We
