🔥 Fresh Fish Friday Feature: Grilled Herb Wahoo 🔥
Nothing says Lowcountry summer quite like fresh wahoo on the grill. Mild, flaky, and perfect for simple preparation, wahoo shines when paired with fresh herbs, lemon, and a touch of olive oil.
🌿 Easy Grilled Herb Wahoo
• 4 wahoo fillets�• 2 tbsp olive oil�• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped�• 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped�• 1 tsp fresh rosemary, minced�• Juice of 1 lemon�• Salt and pepper to taste
Combine olive oil, herbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Brush over the fillets and let marinate for 15–20 minutes. Grill over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with grilled vegetables, rice, or a fresh summer salad.
