We are a family-run farm specializing in cut flowers with a pick-your-own flower field overlooking Seneca Lake.

Visitors to the farm can enjoy a wrapped bunch of blooms from the farmstand during the spring and a chance to pick their own summer flowers.

It’s been a rainy stretch this week and the flowers are loving it! This summer has been just as dry as last year and while we do water with drip lines as needed there is nothing like a good soaking rain🌧️

These nigella (also known as love-in-a-mist) pods are nice and dried and ready to be harvested for seed. I’ll begin to collect the seeds for next year’s planting but, we’re happy to share.

Pick a few when you visit the farm and then save the seeds inside for your own garden!🌱

A moment in time, as August begins to fade.

Grab a favorite book and head out to the farm for a swap at our little free library, walk the flower rows and pick a pitcher of blooms, take a stroll along the nature trail, stop and watch the goldfinches in the sunflowers, and then sit and enjoy the view for awhile!

What an amazing planet we live on!

Did you know that our farm is a monarch waystation?

We’re dedicated to preserving native borders and creating habitats that are friendly for our pollinator partners! Our farm is a space completely free of pesticides and herbicides, we plant and preserve milkweed borders, provide nectar producing plants and water stops, and work mindfully to use earth-friendly farm practices.🌎

Watching the August full moon rise over the lake and light up the whole sky with its borrowed light last evening, I couldn’t help but feel a swell of gratitude and peace. Gratitude for this beautiful place we call home, for this amazing farm we’ve grown as a family, and for the wonder that exists if we only pause to enjoy it! A full moon & a lunar eclipse! Stellar!

We have a 3 gallon bucket picking size that fits soooo many stems… and possibilities! 🌱

It’s $85 for this picking size and you can take the bucket with you! We also have glass vases in the flower barn if you and your crew would like to arrange right here! (Our arranging tables have a pretty spectacular view!)
