Life has a way of always changing. Unfortunately, for these kids, it's means they aren't getting what they deserve from me at this point in life. And with that, both Kimber and Ellie are tentatively seeking new homes.

🧡Kimber 🧡

Weight: around 45lbs
Age: DOB 02/02/2021
History: Neutered male, utd on shots.

Kimber came back to me (his breeder) at about 1 yr old. He lives for sports and I'd like to see him with someone who can give him more opportunity to do what he loves.

Kimby boy has done dock and disc. I think he could do well in agility as well since he's a tall boy. I want to see him in a sport home. He enjoys running along the side by side or 4 wheeler and swimming like a little fish.

Kimber is all boy dog: sweet, dumb, and kingly. He knows all basic commands and has excellent recall. He has had some health testing done, all of which has come back great/normal. He is probably the most needy dog I've ever met. He will go lay down when told, but if he could live in your skin he would. He gives hugs to everybody and adores kids. He does great in the kennel, great in the car. He is potty trained but has marked in new places, I usually just make sure he potties before going into new places and keep an eye on him when he is checking everything out.

He has high toy drive and moderate food drive. He eats in his kennel as do my others, but he did show a bit of food resource guarding when I first got him back.

Socializes well with other balanced dogs he knows. He currently lives in a pack household and does fine but has picked fights with the other males (both intact and neutered). This was before he was Neutered, but ideally be would be in a home without any same size or larger males. He does great with small males (miniature schnauzer).

Kimby is a really good boy honestly. He really wants to please his person and will pretty much do anything for a disc.

Age: DOB 10/02/2022
History: spayed female, utd on shots

Ellie has been with me since she was born. She has worked a bit on disc work. She does enjoy it, but needs someone to be here cheerleader and hype her up.

Eleanor is shy and sensitive so will take a minute to adjust to a new environment. Older dog savvy kids are fine (12+) but would not do well with littles.

She does well with other dogs (again will need an adjustment period) but would do best in a home without cats. Ellie is looking for a wonderful farm or active person to become her family. She needs more free time outside her kennel and can't be trusted out alone if nobody is home.

She knows her name, has excellent recall, basic obedience, some disc work if you are looking at a starting sports, and overall is a really good girl. Just quirky

I have no issues keeping them, but I know someone could give both so much more. Ill be extremely selective of where they go.

4 weeks almost!

Life on the farm is always busy, and we have been going through it!

We have added in some really nice meat/feeder pigs to our operation. Piglets will be available starting next year! 🐽

We also now have a plethora of chickens, because are you really a farm without eggs? The dogs think not 🥚

Of course, we still have the nigerian dwarfs and our sweet pet kunekunes. 🐐 However, we are INCREDIBLY excited to announce that we have started our miniature cattle herd! We won't have babies until at least 2026, but is that really that far away? 🐮

Lastly, while I won't be expecting any Border litters now or in the extended future for a while, we did welcome a beautiful little of livestock guardian pups!🥰

Happy belated birthdays to the Charmed Ones litter! My Belly Butt has grown up so much. She is everything I wanted in a baby, her drive and instinct is incredible. Also, Happy belated birthday to Becky girl! 🐽 I'm really hoping for another litter sooner rather than later as I miss those puppy kisses and cuddles 🥰

Life has been busy this year! Here are some random photos and highlights 🥰

Kimby boy got to go spend some time with Auntie Tiffany to play some disc and adventure! He was a true gentleman and did amazing.

The kunekunes got a new pen built and have been enjoying their summer. Our apple tree has been producing extremely well this year. So, I even have been abe to cut and core out extras to freeze for snacks!

Finnegan, our resident crabby old man and best puppy raiser, had a spinal stroke (FCE) and became temporarily paralyzed in his back end. He is doing very well, and we are continuing therapy, acupuncture, and home exercises!

Baby B (Bear) is growing like a w**d! She is only 10 months old and has been an incredible guardian so far. I cannot wait to see what she becomes.

We have been doing continuous fencing projects, if you live on any sort of farm you KNOW. Lol

Lastly, we have a special visitor! Miss Charis (formerly Dolly) from Reba's first litter is here visiting us for a little while. She has settled in really well so far and I'm excited to play a little disc with her and Kimby.

Last week our highs were 36-45°. It was 8️⃣0️⃣° today! We still had a ton of snow 2 weeks ago, and now we are in a flood advisory. The dogs are sure loving the warm weather and to be able to swim again! Ellie was finding every single snow pile left while on our walk to be sure to roll in it while it is still here. 🙃

Last lamb of the year was born today! I'm unsure if I'll be keeping all of them or not. We got 3 beautiful little ewe lambs❣️ Meet Strawberry 🍓
