Thank you to everyone that came out last Sunday to the food truck parking lot rally for our friend Marshall “Mac” Cummings. Together, the Wagyu Wagon (Black Radish at 14th Star), El Gato Food Truck and Only Cannoli raised $1,500 that was donated to the fundraiser for Marshall’s medical care, etc. Many of his friends and family were there which made it extra special. I’m sad to share that Marshall succumbed to his injuries sustained in the fire yesterday. Marshall was a very special person who will be missed by everyone that knew him. 14th Star Brewing Company

We will be serving some of our favorite dishes from Black Radish at 14th Star on the Wagyu Wagon - VT Food Truck at the Fairfax fireworks Friday July 4th 6pm-until dusk. We will be there with our friends from 14th Star Brewing Company who will be serving their delicious beer. Come see us for a great dinner on the green and watch some pretty amazing fireworks. Last year they were spectacular!

We will be serving our delicious Wagyu sliders, hand cut fries and buffalo cauliflower bites at the art hop this weekend. We will have our famous Wagyu house slider, miss piggy Wagyu slider with smoked pork belly and the brisket baby with mouth watering brisket on top of a Wagyu slider with Drew’s famous Jack Daniel’s bbq sauce. The art hop is an amazing art experience in Burlington where pine street is shut down to traffic and attendees get to see and purchase art and enjoy great good from local vendors. Hope to see you there! Friday 5-10, Saturday 10-10 and Sunday 11-4.
