Maple Sweet Potato Salted Caramel Chocolate 🍁🍫 Rich, chewy maple caramel made with sweet potato, dipped in chocolate and finished with salt. A unique Vermont twist using Palatial Farm maple syrup!

Full recipe:
- 1 sweet potato (cooked & diced)
- 455g Palatial Farm maple syrup
- 310g coconut milk or heavy cream
- 20g coconut oil or butter
- Optional: Tempered chocolate + salt/nuts for dipping

Method: Cook maple & potato to 250-260°F, add fat, heat to 250-260°F . Pour onto pan lined with butter or parchment. Cool, slice, and coat in chocolate. Full details in the video!

Maple Caramel: Elevate Cake Technique. Triple Chocolate Mouse ✅.
Pumpkin Pie ✅
Ice Cream Cake ✅.
Add a layer of Maple Caramel in your favorite dessert 🍰.
Why it works: texture, and flavor contrast and compatibility. Favorite variations include sea salt, peanut butter, vanilla, and cinnamon. ingredients :
1 C Maple Syrup.
1/2 C Heavy Cream.
2 Tbs Butter.
Optional:
1 Tsp Sea Salt.
1/3 C Peanut Butter.
1 Cinnamon Sick
1 Tsp Vanilla (Stir in after recipe is completeand cooling)
Heat maple syrup in saucepan, to 265°. Remove from heat, stir in butter and heavy cream, return to a simmer on medium low to 250°. Let caramel cool one minute before pouring. Allow caramel to cool completely before adding the next layer and your dessert recipe

🍁Maple Banana Cream 🍁 Highlight seasonal fruit with an easy to make cake! Astonishing taste, texture, & appeal 🍓 Here’s what you do: CAKE: Vanilla cake recipe of your choice. Grab a mix if you’re short on time. Our version is angel food cake. Try puff pastry, roll cake, or cream pie filling! MAPLE BANANA CREAM. 2 C Maple Syrup. 2 Bananas 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla. 2 2 Tsp Gelatin 2 C Whipping Cream Blend maple syrup and bananas in a food processor until emulsified. Transfer to a saucepan turn the heat on medium low/low and bring the mixture to 230° stirring occasionally. Shut off heat let cool to room temperature and mix in vanilla and one cup of cream. Mixed together and refrigerate until cold. With a stand mixer or beaters work your mixture on low to loosen it up. Add the remaining cup of cream on low to fully incorporate. The gelatin should be reconstituted with water and ready to be Incorporated at this time. On the stove or in the microwave, bring your gelatin back to a liquid and add to the mixer. Gradually increase speed to a max speed of medium to medium high. Be Patient & Attentive. Stiff peaks is the texture to stop whipping , be careful or your cream will harden into butter if you over mix. Cream is ready to be spread or piped for cakes and pastries. Cool and allowed to set in the fridge for 30 minutes if you have the time before decorating. That allows the cream mix to homogenize and be a bit cooler when working with the cake. Decorate with berries or seasonal fruit of your choice 🍓

Sliders For DINNER? You betcha! Easy at home slider recipe in tradition of an American classic. Rehydrate dehydrated, onions with hot water. Lay a fat scoop down for each patty. Have your patties prepared in squares with five holes for steam to pass through. Place on top of the onions. Cheese or no cheese? The side before the next step! Top the burger with your bun to capture steam. Cook about 3 to 4 minutes. Scoop up your burger and flip it over so that the top bun becomes the bottom of the burger and the side bun has become the top of the burger. Served to your crew wait for that sound people make when they bite into an astonishing flavor profile.
