Maple Sweet Potato Salted Caramel Chocolate ππ« Rich, chewy maple caramel made with sweet potato, dipped in chocolate and finished with salt. A unique Vermont twist using Palatial Farm maple syrup!
Full recipe:
- 1 sweet potato (cooked & diced)
- 455g Palatial Farm maple syrup
- 310g coconut milk or heavy cream
- 20g coconut oil or butter
- Optional: Tempered chocolate + salt/nuts for dipping
Method: Cook maple & potato to 250-260Β°F, add fat, heat to 250-260Β°F . Pour onto pan lined with butter or parchment. Cool, slice, and coat in chocolate. Full details in the video!
